Will my personal information be protected?
Yes. Volunteer speakers’ information will be entered into a database/spreadsheet that protects personal contact information. What will appear at the website, for requestor/public review, will contain name, topic(s), and keywords to facilitate effective searching for those topics, experiences, and areas of expertise. Contact information will only be shared when the requested speaker is notified of the request. The volunteer speaker will then be provided with the name and contact information of the requester – so that our volunteer guest speakers will have total control of making that connection, discussing details specific to the request, etc.
